WSU Graduate & Professional Students Mental Health Resources

As graduate and professional students provide great value to Washington State University and our community, they are still human. Stress, anxiety, burnout, and other mental health concerns can still affect us, and it is important to recognize those who could support you.

If you or someone you know is struggling, you are not alone. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. There are many different types of mental illness, and it isn’t easy to simplify the range of challenges people face. WSU GPSA wants all our students to recognize the signs of mental distress and know that resources are available.

WSU Graduate and Professional students come from various cultures, backgrounds, and lived experiences. Many face unique challenges in their lives that put stress on their mental health as they work towards their academic goals. To help address these complex issues, WSU provides access to resources, including Welltrack HelpnowTogetherallWelltrack Boost, and Welltrack Connect, to help you along the road to resiliency and mental wellbeing.

Please note that that WSU GPSA is a student-led organization. Resources on this page are provided for informational purposes only. The list is not comprehensive and does not constitute an endorsement by WSU GPSA.
